You're invited to browse through the items in this catalog. When you want to bid note any minimum bids and bid increments. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, Capital Community College will have discretion as to who was the successful bidder. Items are available on an "as-is" basis. Once an item is sold, Capital Community College is not responsible for its condition or execution. Items are tax deductible only if amount of bid exceeds the listed value.

The auction ends at 9 p.m. EST Friday, October 23, 2020.

In accordance with public health guidelines and the need for social distancing, winning bidders will be contacted to secure their purchases in one of two ways:  (1) making an appointment for pick up at the campus; (2) scheduling a time for a college representative to deliver it to your home or office.  

By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claim for liability against Capital Community College, its Foundation, or the donor of the property or services, and neither the College, its Foundation or the donor of the property or services is responsible for any personal injuries that may result from the use of property or services being sold
